Disney DVD replacement policy

Even though my 2 year old has a million toys to play with, he thinks its more fun to play with DVDs and DVD player once I leave the room for 2 seconds. Lets just say, he is the entire reason why I'm writing about this subject. I remember seeing on pinterest that you could get your Disney DVD/Blu-Ray discs replaced if damaged. So I began looking into it. I searched the disney website, and found all the info! I have included the video to watch so you can see how easy it is.

It's $6.95 per DVD and $8.95 per Blu-ray (Not super cheap, but way less than buying a whole new DVD/Blu-Ray)

Directly from Disneystudiohelp.com:

"If you accidentally damage or break one of your DVD or Blu-ray discs, you can get a replacement for a nominal charge of $6.95 for per DVD and $8.95 for per Blu-ray disc.

US Consumers
Please send the damaged disc(s), a check or money order for $6.95 per DVD disc and $8.95 per Blu-ray disc (made payable to WDSHE) and a completed Disc Replacement Form to:

Customized Silhouette

I love silhouette art and have wanted a piece for my nursery for quite a while. I was a little worried I couldn't get my son to sit still long enough to get a clear pic, but it was easier than I thought. It's amazing what a little "Mickey mouse clubhouse" can do! I got it done from a shop on instagram called @_mprints_ and she did such an amazing job! She gives you a digital file and then you can print it go were you would like. I got mine printed on a 12x16 canvas at costco.com, and it was ready to pick up in 2 days!

Basics

Here are some of my favorite basics. They're made of organic cotton, come in a variety of colors and patterns for boys and girls, and they are super soft and comfy, they wash well too! Great quality at a great price! Right now they're buy 2 get one free online! Ryder lived in these sweats and onesies last fall/winter.

Zara Fall 2014

I was just looking through the Zara website for new Fall clothing.... even though its in the 90's here in Southern California. I'm sitting here dreaming of cooler weather so we can bring out the coats, boots and warm scarves. There is SO MUCH cute stuff for boys out there! If you don't believe me, just wait and see... I always thought it wouldn't be fun to dress a boy, but I was wrong. I love the cute little shoes, sweaters, cardigans and jeans you can accessorize boys with! I really had to limit my selection because there was so much. If you like what you see, make sure you visit Zara.com!

Check it out!!!!

1 year Cake Smash

I had the most difficult time trying to find the right props for my son's 1 year cake smash photos. I found a few cute banners on Etsy, but ended up finally finding a cute tie, and making a cake from a design I saw on Pinterest. Pinterest is the best invention ever! If you wanna follow me on Pinterest, click here.  I have found so many great ideas on there…maybe even TOO MANY!

I loved how my photos turned out. Juls Megill Photography did an amazing job, and was able to capture my son beyond my expectations! Thank you Julie! Click on her name for a direct link to her Facebook page.

I love the crystal clear up close shots!

Where's the boy stuff?!

Hi!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Angela. I'm a wife and a stay at home mom of a little boy named Ryder. People tell you kids grow up fast, but you never realize "how fast" it actually is until you experience it with your own little one.

I've always wanted a baby to take care of, love, and most importantly: dress up like my barbies! Haha. When I first became pregnant, I found out the gender as soon as I could. I couldn't wait to start shopping for clothes, decorate the nursery, etc. When I found out it was a boy, and was shopping for him, I was so frustrated. There is so much girl stuff and you can find it EVERYWHERE! But most of the boy stuff I found was outdated or dorky looking. I wanted to dress him up like a "mini me" of my husband. After long hours of tedious searching, I learned where to find cute boy and gender neutral stuff. There's no reason a little boy can't be just as stylish as little girls out there.

This blog isn't just for mamas of boys. I' will admit, I may be a "little biased" because I have a boy, but I promise to post tons of cute girl stuff too! Also, my accesories/gear will always be gender neutral since I am planning on having another baby one day, which may or may not be a boy.

I'll share my finds, reviews and suggestions with you, and I would love to hear your thoughts! Please comment or e-mail me any feedback. I hope this blog will help you find the perfect items for your little one!!!

Angela
